The hotel had beautiful rooms with small balconies and huge, comfortable beds, but the service was disappointing as they ignored our request for a solution. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had small balconies, which were nice for a bit of fresh air, but the WiFi was just alright. While the location was great for reaching the central market by foot, the proximity to other Vietnamese restaurants was very poor.
